Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing process begins with our proprietary films (either SPD
or LC), which we then laminate between 2 or more pieces of tempered glass
(like automotive windshields). In addition to providing you with a unique
form of switchable glass, this process also yields an exceptionally strong
and shatter-resistant window or skylight. E Glass is manufactured in
the US, in quality state-of-the-art manufacturing plants, with Class
3 clean rooms.
